Welcome to StatUnitiii! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

B. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Posting content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or promotes hate speech or violence.
• Uploading sexually explicit material or nudity.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or copyrights of others.

• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the app.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

Except for User Content, all content, features, and functionality of the app (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by StatUnitiii, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

4. Third-Party Links and Services

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access them at your own risk.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StatUnitiii and its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms and occasionally through in-app notifications.
